Returns / Exchanges
We will accept goods returned, if not quite right providing that they are returned within 7 days of receipt and that packaging/seals are not broken.
Regrettably we are not able to refund postage incurred for returns, however we will post exchanges for no extra cost.
Prior to returning goods please contact us via email (click here), confirming:
- Date of purchase
- Name and Address, as shown on order
- Order No.
Once we have received the goods we will then process your refund/exchange, please note that failure to comply with the above conditions will invalidate your returns/exchange request.
